Seawall Prophet is the alias of Aaron Markland, an Award-Winning Singer/Songwriter, Pacific Records Recording Artist, USAF Veteran, retired Albuquerque Firefighter, and Soul Surfer born and raised in San Diego, California [Ocean Beach]. Aaron's solo set consists of a wide variety of original and cover songs from timeless classics to modern hits (Rolling Stones, Talking Heads, James Brown, Chris Stapleton, Sublime, Red Hot Chili Peppers, and so much more). The dynamic live band performs original Jazz-Infused Beach Rock Reggae and consists of Aaron Markland (Vocals/Guitar) and several founding members of the Zzajj band; AJ Price (Bass), Chris Price (Guitar), and Steve Cunningham (Drums). Seawall Prophet’s debut EP “Off the Ledge” was released Winter 2022 and quickly rose to #3 on the iTunes Reggae Charts.
